Michael Torres known by his musical name Myke Towers, is a Puerto Rican rapper and songwriter born on the 15th of January 1994, in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. In 2017 he slightly modified his name by changing it from Mike Towers to Myke Towers to pay tribute to the music movement Young Kingz of which he is a part of, changing the initials of i to the first letter of the name of the group. Myke Towers has been part of the underground rap scene in Puerto Rico since his adolescence making his very first songs and freestyles on his SoundCloud account. The artist gained fame in 2014 by releasing songs like Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. Urban music fans were attracted by the La Nueva Droga Freestyle, as well as his version of Drake's 0 to 100%.
